These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and phtaya11 ("phtaya11," "we," "us," "the Platform," "the Company"), governing your use of the phtaya11 website at phtaya11.app and all associated gaming services, features, content, and promotions.

Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified, phtaya11 reserves the right to suspend all such accounts, void any associated winnings, and report the matter to PAGCOR.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phtaya11 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party, allow any third party to access your Account, or use any other player's Account. phtaya11 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify phtaya11 support immediately via live chat so that appropriate security measures can be implemented. You remain responsible for all activity conducted through your Account prior to notification.
You must ensure that all information held on your phtaya11 Account is accurate and up to date at all times. phtaya11 may suspend account access or delay withdrawal processing where account information cannot be verified or is found to be inconsistent with KYC documentation provided.
phtaya11 is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering law to verify the identity of all players. Full withdrawal access requires the submission and approval of KYC documents, which typically include a government-issued Philippine ID (UMID, driver's licence, or passport) and may include proof of address and source of funds in certain circumstances. phtaya11 may request additional documentation at any time in connection with compliance obligations.
phtaya11 operates a Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) native account wallet. All deposits, game balances, withdrawals, and bonus values are denominated in Philippine Pesos unless explicitly stated otherwise. USDT deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.

GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation of payment. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) banking day to credit. phtaya11 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.
By making a deposit to phtaya11, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and belong to you personally. You must not deposit funds obtained through illegal activity, and phtaya11 is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities as mandated by the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and PAGCOR requirements.
Player deposits at phtaya11 are held in accounts segregated from the company's operational funds in accordance with PAGCOR player fund protection requirements.
Withdrawal requests at phtaya11 may only be submitted by players whose Accounts have completed KYC identity verification. Unverified accounts may be restricted from submitting withdrawal requests until verification is complete.
Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in line with standard anti-money laundering practice. Processing times are as follows:

By claiming or accepting any bonus at phtaya11, you agree to the applicable bonus terms, including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts where applicable.
Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per offer) must be wagered before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. phtaya11 monitors bonus activity for patterns indicative of abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms; use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer; collusion between players to benefit from promotions; and any other activity that phtaya11 determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotional offer. Where bonus abuse is identified, phtaya11 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, suspend the account, and report the matter to PAGCOR.
phtaya11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to the rights of players who have already validly accepted the offer before any modification takes effect.
All games and betting products on phtaya11 are governed by the rules of the relevant game as provided by the game supplier and as displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall take precedence in relation to that specific game.
A bet is only considered valid and accepted once confirmed by phtaya11's systems and a confirmation reference has been issued. Any bet placed on a game or market that is subsequently voided due to technical error, incorrect odds, or other qualifying circumstances may be cancelled and any stakes returned.
In the event of a technical error, server failure, or communications breakdown that interrupts a gaming session, phtaya11 will endeavour to restore the session to the state immediately prior to the interruption where technically possible. Where a game result cannot be verified, the bet may be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Account.
phtaya11 reserves the right to cancel any bet or void any win that resulted from an obvious error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrectly displayed game rules, or software malfunction. "Obvious error" means an error that a reasonable person would have identified as such at the time of placing the bet. In such cases, phtaya11 will return the stake to the Player's Account.
Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within each game or betting market. phtaya11 reserves the right to adjust limits at any time. Live dealer table limits, sports betting maximums, and slot coin ranges are governed by the applicable game rules and provider settings.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phtaya11 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of winnings, and referral to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:
All content on the phtaya11 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game content, text, software, user interface elements, and promotional materials — is the property of phtaya11 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phtaya11 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any phtaya11 content without express prior written consent from phtaya11.
Unauthorised use of phtaya11's intellectual property — including scraping game data, reproducing phtaya11 branding, or reverse-engineering any portion of the platform — will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phtaya11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the phtaya11 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
phtaya11's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of your deposits held in your Account at the time the claim arose, or one hundred thousand Philippine Pesos (₱100,000), whichever is lower.
The phtaya11 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phtaya11 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or compatibility with your device or network. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily affect platform availability.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless phtaya11, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, penalties, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the phtaya11 platform, or your violation of any applicable law.
phtaya11 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. We recognise that gambling can cause harm for some individuals and we take our obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously.

phtaya11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void any balance or winnings, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:
Players may close their phtaya11 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be refunded to the player's verified payment method subject to completion of KYC and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements.
An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. phtaya11 may apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts after this period, the amount of which will be disclosed to the Account holder by email prior to application. Dormant account policies comply with PAGCOR guidelines on player fund handling.
If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your phtaya11 Account, any transaction, game outcome, or phtaya11's application of these Terms, you should first contact phtaya11's customer support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Please include your Account username, a clear description of your complaint, and any supporting documentation.
phtaya11 aims to acknowledge all complaints within twenty-four (24) hours and to resolve straightforward disputes within five (5) business days. Complex matters may take longer; phtaya11 will keep you informed of progress where additional time is required.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through phtaya11's internal complaints procedure to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the applicable regulatory authority. phtaya11 fully cooperates with PAGCOR dispute resolution processes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all disputes between you and phtaya11 must be brought in an individual capacity. You waive any right to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any class action, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
phtaya11 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players by email to the address on file or by prominent notice on the phtaya11 website, with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' notice before the changes take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law, regulatory direction from PAGCOR, or urgent security considerations.
Your continued use of the phtaya11 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using phtaya11 and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.2 prior to the amendment taking effect.
The current version of these Terms, including the version number and effective date, is always displayed at the top of this page. phtaya11 recommends that you review the Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes and claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Presidential Decree No. 1869 (as amended by Republic Act No. 9487), Republic Act No. 10927, Republic Act No. 9160 (as amended), and applicable PAGCOR regulations.
The courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to the prior exhaustion of phtaya11's internal complaints procedure and PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms as described in Section 14.
